Letter from a Tea Partier On Why It's Hard to Support Ron Paul

My Tea Party Friends,
This is one main reason [my husband] and I find it hard to support Ron Paul. In this regard he'd be worse than Obama. At least Obama is dropping bombs on them all. Am I off base? I'm for going in, pounding the enemy, bringing our people home and not building schools, roads, bridges in foreign enemy countries ---- we need building here in the US!

We need not resolve this debate, however, because we must follow the binding Supreme Court precedent. See Tenet v. Doe, 544 U.S. 1, 10-11 (2005). And under that precedent, Executive and Legislative responses to and consideration of petitions are entrusted to the discretion of those Branches.

The judgment of the District Court is affirmed.
So ordered.
