Scientific Misconduct in Siskiyou County California regarding removal of four dams on the Klamath water basin.
Various members of the “scientific” community have been providing environmental justifications for numerous federal and global projects. But are they providing honest science, or quackery to justify pre-determined political outcomes? More and more, it appears the latter is true. Global warming has been completely debunked. The judge overhearing recent arguments justifying the destruction of agriculture in the San Joaquin Valley based on the Delta Smelt essentially called government’s witness a liar. Two environmentalists were arrested for false science within the past week.
Dr. Paul Houser
formerly Scientific Integrity Officer for the Bureau of Reclamation
Now there are Dr. Paul Houser’s allegations of scientific misconduct within the Department of the Interior designed to provide false justifications for Secretary Ken Salazar’s pre-determined desire to destroy four hydroelectric dams on the Klamath River. Dr. Houser was fired for being truthful.

What if Freedom Were Temporary?
by Andrew P. Napolitano
What if our rights didn't come from God or from our humanity, but from the government? What if the government really thinks we're not unique individuals with immortal souls, but just public property? What if we were only entitled to our natural rights if it pleased the government? What if our rights could be stripped away whenever the government considers us to be its enemy?
What if this could all be accomplished with the consent of the people? What if the people's own representatives subverted the Constitution? What if the people were so afraid that they accepted the subversion? What if the government demonizes an external enemy and uses fear of that enemy to suppress our freedoms? What if people are afraid to protest?

On October 22, 2011 something big happened.
Over 1000 people, 50 groups, and 8 sheriffs met in unity to save the Klamath River dams in Siskiyou County, California.
Siskiyou County is ground zero in the battle to defend our food, water, energy, building materials, metals, and minerals against Big Government's multi-faceted and ever-increasing assault. If not stopped, this will ultimately destroy our nation's true National Treasury: our land, natural resources, and the hard-working farmers, ranchers, timbermen, and miners that are their true stewards; and end our self-reliance, sovereignty, security, and prosperity.
The situation is far worse than most Americans realize.
Mainstream media and government have kept this battle from the American people. Now, however, everything is revealed as the documentary film below allows the people of Siskiyou County to give their first-hand accounts of what is truly at risk.
The documentary premiered at the October 22 launch of Defend Rural America, followed by a panel of eight sheriffs and attorney Karen-Budd Falen, all of whom stood tall to Defend Rural America. Here is the short version of the documentary (54 minutes). The full-length version (78 minutes) may be purchased on DVD at Silent No More PublicationsTM.

A Decade Later: A Call for TSA Reform JOINT MAJORITY STAFF REPORT 112th Congress November 16, 2011
Wed, 11/16/2011 - 15:23
Just published...
http://republicans.transportation.house.gov/Media/file/112th/Aviation/20...
Highlights:
"The ability of TSA screeners to stop prohibited items from being carried through the sterile areas of the airports fared no better than the performance of screeners prior to September 11, 2001." Richard Skinner, Former DHS Inspector General, January 26, 2005
"Since 2001, TSA staff has grown from 16,500 to over 65,000, a near-400% increase. In the same amount of time, total passenger enplanements in the U.S. have increased less than 12%."
"Since 2002, TSA procured six contracts to hire and train more than 137,000 staff, for a total of more than $2.4 billion, at a rate of more than $17,500 per hire. More employees have left TSA than are currently employed at the agency."
"Over the past ten years, TSA has spent nearly $57 billion to secure the U.S. transportation network, and TSA‘s classified performance results do not reflect a good return on this taxpayer investment."
"TSA‘s passenger and checked baggage screening programs have been tested over the years, and while the test results are classified, their performance outcomes have changed very little since the creation of TSA."

Today's Guest:
Phil Pozderac, Host of "POZitively Unconstitutional" on Republic Broadcasting Network, Saturday's at 10 a.m.-12 p.m. CDT.
On today's show we discuss the pros and cons of expatriating from federal or national citizenship of the United States of America and becoming a state national of the state/republic in which one was born or currently lives.
In 1868 Congress declared that "the right of expatriation is a natural and inherent right of all people, indispensable to the enjoyment of the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Act of July 27, 1868, ch. 249, 15 Stat. 223, 223 (1868); see also 8 U.S.C. § 1481 note (2000) (quoting R.S. § 1999) (same). That declaration further stated that "any declaration, instruction, opinion, order, or decision of any officers of this government which denies, restricts, impairs, or questions the right of expatriation, is hereby declared inconsistent with the fundamental principles of this government." 15 Stat. at 224.

Advice for Occupy Your Town Efforts
In the spirit of solidarity with those who also recognize the status quo is unacceptable, I offer the following unsolicited advice, observations, and musings to all who feel a desire to take civic action and get involved in such a project here locally.
Determine what your desired outcomes – demands if you will – are and establish a method to measure those locally first. Change will not come from the top down. The single-party duopoly system wants you to believe that if you pit yourself against your neighbor and just beat the so-called other team, all your problems will be solved. The modern-day Tea Party movement was co-opted by the single-party system and mainstream media propagandized most into complacency when it comes to taking action locally. Don't make the same mistake and become a pawn of the so-called Left, like many in the Tea Party movement have become hapless pawns of the so-called Right.
