Todd: Share with us what your position is there in the republic of California there:

Corey: "Well, it's real simple, it's where I live and it's where I'm domiciled. What's happened over the course of several generations and through a very slow and almost imperceptible progression, they've tricked people into changing their domicile from the dirt that they're on, to Washington, DC, in exchange for being a resident of the location of where you live.

And that term resident is described in Vattell's Law of Nations, which is kind of like the constitution for all the nations of the world and it describes what a resident is. So, I'd encourage everybody to look that up, it's Vatell's Law of Nations. And, then look up resident, or permanent resident, and think about that before you sign anything that says you are a resident.

And so, I kinda noticed a few things, one was my passport… the name, or the title on the name of my passport, was different than the title used for the names, like for the driver's license, social-security, all sorts of things.

And, that got me to questioning a little bit and of course, all you have to do is look around and realize that the system of government that we have right now is absolutely not at all what the founding fathers had in mind.

Government is involved in everything, including our host (sic) coming up at the top of the hour with vaccinations.

And, why is that the government today, can do things that they do?
They do all sorts of stuff that the founding fathers never had in mind.

Well, I believe that the founding fathers just never imagined one scenario, and that was a scenario that all of the people of America giving up their domicile, as citizens of their different states, and becoming residents of their state, and then domiciling in Washington, DC.

Now, Washington DC, in the constitution, the government has exclusive jurisdiction, whatsoever, in that area. And, what that means is, that within those ten miles square, that is a relatively small area for the country, but that tiny little area, uh, there is no god, the highest authority in the land is the government, they control everything, and the laws even show, they reflect that.

If you just google, man or other animals, you will be able to find that man or other animals, that term is used in federal law, all over the place. So, the government equates us as animals, property, livestock, in that little area.

Now, there's a good reason for us to have Washington DC.
It's a little bit more than what we can cover in this short time period, but, it goes back to, uh the Mutiny of Pennsylvania.
And, there were some uh, there were some very loyal soldiers during the revolutionary war, who hadn't been paid, and they mutinied in Pennsylvania, and went up and basically they attacked Congress, when they were meeting there. Cause, Congress didn't have any place to go.

Well, they created Washington DC as kind of a no-man's-land and where Congress could go and nobody could effect them while they are working on their legislation.

So, if you start putting that together, the difference between what is a first name and what is a given name?
If you have a passport, open it up. Take a look at it, and it will give you a tittle.
That's what it is, it's a title.
And, it says, Given and Surname…
Get your driver license, and it says, First and Last Name.

So, there's some real interesting differences there.

Jim calls in from Missouri to discuss the deconstruction of what terms government uses and consistently changes the definitions there in. The term "code" is discussed as a weapon of war by Corey.

Kathleen from Iowa calls in to discuss ambiguity in contracting with the government, for example to apply for a driver's license and how if one party did not understand what they were signing, then the contract should be null and void. Corey disagrees and the two agree to debate this topic further.

Leonard from California calls in to stress concern that a push to create common law grand juries in all the counties could be ineffective if the people involved are not properly domiciled where they live.

Corey discusses how tough it will be for a judge who is confronted with the orders of a grand jury when the participants stand on good moral ground, but have their contracts wrong.

Todd mentions the corporate county grand juries that are established and they must be engaged as well, and that this should be a topic of future shows.
