Today's Topics and Show Links:

1st Hour & 2nd Hour

Let's recap for those new to these topics.
1. Being a US Citizen is not all it is advertised to be... as a US Citizen you are effectively volunteering into being a piece of property owned and controlled by Washington DC.

2. Being a US Citizen does not equate to being a state citizen, or one of the people of the several states in the union.

3. The state governments we are used to dealing with are operating predominantly as a franchise or branch office of Washington DC. Thus, being a resident of the state of X equates to being domiciled in Washington DC, where that gov-co has "exclusive legislative jurisdiction whatsoever" and can treat you as psychotically and with as much tyranny as it wishes. As a resident you have NO rights, only privileges (sometimes called "civil rights" or "civil liberties"), which can be taken and given at any time the gov-co wishes.

4. Sworn officers who have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution are acting in a dual role, enforcing both administrative policy and code (which applies to residents of the state) and protecting the rights of the people (which there are very very few of in modern day society). This cannot be more apparent than in the speech Barrack Obama made in Mexico, which you can find here: http://www.thirdrailblog.com/showlinks-may-18-2013

5. To be one of the people of the several states, and thus able to hold gov-co employees to their oath or contract to protect your rights, one must establish one's domicile in one of the several states, e.g. California 1849, as Corey Eib has done in Orange County California. You begin this process by creating your own Common Law Identification, which is a very-low-to-no-risk step with high reward.
