"If we are to maintain the great American experiment, it is essential for the leaders of every group of “Freedom Keepers” to come together and meet face-to-face, with great haste, to develop a “Liberty Matrix” and a peaceful course of action for the Free to defend the greatest governing documents ever given to mankind and with the recollection that the cause of America is still the cause of the World."

Today's Third Rail Topic:
Re-Inhabiting the Republic.
Hitting the "Reset" button on the Constitution.
Free association in solidarity, in order to restore the rule of law, rather than the rule of men in America.
That is how I see the efforts of the Republic of the united States of America. And, on the December 04, 2010 show of Common Sense Revisited, the show's founder, Clyde Cleveland, joins me as co-host while we interview and discuss bottom up versus top down with Jim Fitzgerald, from the Arizona Republic, also the National Ambassador for the Republic of the united States of America.
De jure grand juries and the corporate versus common law government are also topics discussed.
Visit www.RepublicofIowa.org for more information.
From the introductory documentation you receive upon signing up for more information at the Republic of Iowa:
The original United States was in operation until 1860: a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government had very little authority and only the control grant by the States.

Lying Dogs & Useful Dogs: Why were DHS and NCTC leaders not fired last Xmas?
Sun, 11/28/2010 - 16:24
Cost of a Chertoff (untested, uncalibrated) XRay Machine is $150,000 each
Cost of a bomb sniffing dog $8,500 each
(Update 11.29.2010 - Person pointed out today to me that yes, these costs might be accurate, but how long can a single dog work a shift? Are the true annual costs of maintaining a dog crew included here or considered? Very worth questions, worth getting answers to. Meanwhile, if this video is accurate, and the FBI are using dogs for their building entrances and NOT Chertoff's scanners, then something is rotten here... )
Watch this video to find out who is using bomb sniffing dogs and why... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMlDVLlAEUU
Homeland Security is a joke. Well, actually, they are criminals...who are violating our natural born rights every day... and WE are the joke for swallowing it.
When the xmas bomber happened last year, our own state department gave him clearance to be boarded on that plane, despite the fact that his father had called the state department to warn them about his son... rather than use this narrowly averted disaster as an excuse to usher in this new era of a police state, Janet Nap should have been FIRED and heads should have rolled.
Naaah... they now use it as THE excuse to either molest us or radiate us.

Radio Show Archive(s):
On www.RepublicBroadcasting.org 12pm CST every Saturday
Third Rail Topics for Today:
What are you doing in your community to ensure that the Institutional Laziness on your city council, county board, sheriff/auditor/treasurer/assessor offices, and/or state legislature is not progressing into Institutional Corruption.
I recently visited our City and County Assessor's office. Their Conference Boards meet two to three times per year, but their minutes are NOT published publicly. Do you even know the people that are on your local Assessor Conference board? Are they rubber stamping what the Assessor office staff provide them?
---------------
Proof that the TAIL IS WAGGING THE DOG... the goliath government budgets are what drive you property taxes, nothing else.
Check out the Iowa Department of Revenue's own words regarding our property taxes:
What causes taxes to increase?
Basically, three variables must interact to decrease or increase your property taxes:
* The combined budgets of the taxing authorities
* The total value of all the property in the taxing unit
* The value of your property
Your taxes increase if...
* The budgets increase and the value of all properties remain the same.
* The budgets and value of property in the entire government unit remain the same but the value of the individual’s property increases.
